Here we go again with my little experiments. Today we injected 2 chicken breast using this ingredients. Not shown 1/4 cup of chiken broth and a splash of soy sauce.

Here they are injected and being happy for a few hours.

Indirect heat for 20 min or so. Smoked with a piece of oak from a wine barrel that a friend got me. You know who you are. :)

Direct sear.

Here's a cool video of the sear from Instagram.

After it rested for 10 min I sliced.

Plated with chorizo beans topped with quest fresco.

My kids and wife loved it. Full of flavor moist and juicy.

Thanks for looking
Tony and Maribel.

Excellent looking chicken dinner!!! Have you tried the Chef Meritos Pollo seasoning? One of my favorites.

Injected chicken breast looks good Tony! A few months ago I started doing the same with chicken breasts. They are always juicy and tender with great flavor too. Keep up the good work, it is always nice to make the kids happy too.:wsm:

Tony I've had an injector in my grill drawer for years, and only used it a few times with brisket and pork butt. I think I'm going to be pulling it out again.
I don't usually do chicken breasts, but after seeing how moist those are I may try it again.
Thanks for the cool videos.
