Thanks eveyone! It was a blast.

Albert - The lamb was covered in paste I made with a freash head of roasted garlic, some of the club house roasted pepper paste, the EVOO, and Salt/Pepper. I didn't get a finished shot of the legs, but the get a very nice crisp bark on them and super tender on the inside.

And ya, I got the kitchen clean again, but no worries they are gone till this sunday

Hi PJ, great looking cook.....mmmmmdrool. just wondering who your brisket supplier is? I haven't had much luck getting good ones here.
