My best ribs ever


 
So i made ribs yesterday, and they were nothing short of great (if I do say so myself.) I used the BRITU method having rubbed the day before with mny Canada Mike pork rub. I had decided to cook them longer than I usually do, so it was 5 1/2 hours all together.
I also sprayed them every hour with a mix of Jack Daniels and apple juice [1-4). At hour 4 I basted them with one coat of Bulls Eye bbq sauce.
My son said rthey were the best ribs he had since we ate at Arthur Bryant's in KC.
