My BB Ribs - Memorial Day

I am amazed with all the great bbq images for this memorial weekend. As a newbie, I am excited about smoking.

At times, I get reminded that I am VERY new at this. However, I finally used my rib rack which was not used ever before. A birthday gift that was in the drawer of cooking tools but unused.

Here are my ribs, just going on the WSM in the rack

Here they are almost done.

Plated - ok I was too excited to get the potato's on....
