Came out good. Nice flavor, and tenderness. Too spicy for my wife though. Had to run to the market and grab her a steak...lol. No problems with temps maxed out about 260. Had to stir coals once after it dropped To about 210. Used a couple of chunks of cherry. Was just shy of 6 pounds before trimming, ended up with about 5 pounds before smoking. 8 hours in the WSM.

OOooooh baby, 40mph briskets never looked so good. Wish we had wind like that down here in central Florida if they make briskets turn out like that!
