Finished my first cook. I luv my new WSM. Two 6lb. butts. One with mustard/rub {never had done one this way before} one with rub only. 3 people were over. No one could pick which one had the mustard. You really can't taste it this surprised me. 2 preferred the mustard/rub, 2 the rub only. I liked the rub only. Better bark. Recon though that different rubs work better with the mustard, so I'll continue to experiment. That's another cook. Tomorrow it's baby backs without mustard.
