Good Morning Everybody,
Yesterday I tried my 1st Mustard Slathered pork roast and 2 sides of spares.
All of my smoking is tested by my next door neighbor "Big Boy". He had one word for my roast. Heavenly.
The wife and I ate a side of ribs by ourselves. They were sprinkled with Gordon's Grub Rub and a tiny bit of extra Cayenne and smoked at 250 for about 5 hrs.
I haven't been writing lately but I check the board every couple of days to keep up with what is going on.
