Mother's Day ribs

No recipe...just plain old spares, dry brined with kosher salt the night before and sprinkled w/Memphis Dust right before I put 'em in the WSM.
They're 3-2-1 ribs,( I'm not big fan of 3-2-1 or sauce on ribs), but that's what she wanted ;).
It's "Rib Rack" sauce. As far as bottled sauce goes, for pork anyway, it's one of our favorites.
I put a thin layer on it for the last hour of the cook, while the ribs firmed up.
