I used Chris G recipe for ribs a few weeks ago and they turned out excellent. Pretty much th 3-2-1 method . Liked the rub and ribs were good. Thought about doing the Britu method this time and was just wondering what the consensus is .

I think we're fortunate that there is no consensus!

Never done the 3-2-1 method. That's because the first time I did the BRITU, they were so good I didn't want to change. Give 'em a try and let us know your preference.

I have to agree with that! I never tried the BRITU method either. Should try it I guess, but am having way to much fun trying things on my own. I want it to be my creation.

I use the BRITU rub on everything. But with ribs make sure they have not been prebrined. If they have may come out little salty. So I do not add salt when I make the recipe. When buying vacumn sealed ribs read the label to make sure there not prebrined.
