Mother's Day PSB


 
Well it was only a matter of time before i made Pepper Stout Beef. You guys made it look so good. I was a bit scared of the flavor of the beer since i am not a fan of Guinness but it was great!

I did not add any jalapenos because my family is a bunch of wimps when it comes to spice. I get yelled at all the time for just pepper.







Great cook. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. I ended up cooking 5.8 lbs because of Sam's Club but now i have over 2 lbs in the freezer.
 
PSB looks good!!! nice job. my son gets excited when i ask for help and he usually eats more because he help with the cook.

I was just think of what to cook this weekend and I think I want to do this. 15 jalapeño, 10 yellow peppers, 4 habaneros???
 
I have yet to do this, but soon I will, and if my plate ends up looking anywhere near yours it will be a great success.
 
Very nice, I had the same thoughts about the stout, but we all liked it also.

My wife made some horseradish sauce for it, try that next time!
