Although I’ve been grilling, I haven’t posted too many cooks lately. Tonight was nothing special but it was fun and easy. I’ve done this before so forgive me for some re-runs. Did some Weber “Simple Salmon” per this link and added some Penzey’s Northwoods Fire to it. I also grilled some Tilapia for Nancy using the same recipe.

With the cooler weather, Buddy is more of an observer than a helper. :)

Salmon cooked indirect for 12 minutes. The Tilapia I managed to mangle and break apart but Nancy said it was still delicious.

Some veggies hit with Harvest Eating Montreal Steak and EVOO.

Plated with some rice, (Thanks Nancy), and gaaaaaaaalic bread.

Try this, it's easy and thanks for looking.

Salmon looks great! I have trouble with cooking other types of fish directly on the grill grate. So the once a year that I grill fish, I will use a grill pan of some sort. Can't find a link just now, but I'm sure you know what I mean. Anyway that is a really great looking meal!

Looks perfect... I have only done it once but seeing your post I'm going to get some more soon.

Rolf, this never gets old my friend. Great meal, thanks for the re run :) It's nice to be able to do what we like to do and keep it simple and be able to enjoy the finished product.
