Looks great. I've got some country style ribs in the freezer. We don't have a penzey's here, but I'm sure I can make some sort of rub to try. 2.5 hours total for the ribs?
 
Looks great Jim! New work hours for me so not mutch cooking during the week. But i know i can look @ your daily posts and get my fix! 2 thumbs up!
 
CSPRs... my favorite kind of pork! And you just do them to perfection! Great pics - great meal (maybe not the broccoli for me, but JimH's suggestion of pork drippings on spuds has both my creative and salivary juices flowing....)! Great post!!
