More...Grilling on Vacation

It's been a long time since I've been able to post. We're usually too busy caring for my daughter, however all these vacation posts were inspirational. We went to Gatlinburg TN and Dollywood earlier this summer. We rented a cabin with awesome views of the Great Smokey Mountains. A camping grill was positioned right in front when we pulled into the driveway.

NY Strip kabobs - all the players marinated in Italian dressing and onto the iron:
