I was inspired by Morgan C's post from the other day. I had to try making kabobs on the WSM without the water pan.
Here are beef kabobs that were marinated in teriyaki sauce along with tomatoes and rum soaked pineapple chunks that were then added to some coconut rice.

I should've used a little more charcoal since I couldn't get the temps past 350. The tomatoes and pineapple stayed on for ten minutes and the beef was on for 20 minutes. They came off medium rare and tender. Here's the completed cook.

Next time, I'll finish these by moving the grate over the charcoal to get some char on the meat, but overall very satisfied.
