Money for nothing and your chops for free

This is how to do it:
Take a piece of pig, meant for pork chops, do not cut, play some guitar, debone it, dry brine it for a week with salt and sugar, cover it with your choice of rub and smoke it for several hours.

Meanwhile, you can bang your bongos like a chimpanzee, until the core temperature is about 170 degrees F. Rest for fifteen minutes, while you install a microwave oven , and you will maybe get a chick for free. Slice thin.

It tasted great! Plated, with baked potato and a green salad with lemon scented olive oil.
