Monday's fun gathering...

This past Monday was festive with some good friends.

No plated pics but remembered to take pics cause my buddy was lol

Had all three working.

Pizza on the Genesis , ribs in the wsm and chicken wings n steak on the kettle.My buddy brought Brooklyn beer from our old neighborhood and I introduced Franziskaner with a slice of orange. It was a fun day!

The root beer was on the sweet side and very smooth. Excellent chaser to JW Double Black.

What a feast Paulie. Those ribs are gorgeous. Still have my eye on one of those Santa Maria attachments. Very soon now I hope.

Thanks everyone! I took Enrique's advice about not letting the ribs sit in the rub for too long so I simply used mustard and 3 little pigs bbq rub.Ribs were done in 4 hrs plus sprayed heavy with apple juice every hour.

Lookin' good, Paulie! Some seriously nice color you got on those ribs. That Santa Maria attachment is really cool...I need to stop looking at that photo, or else I might have a few "accidental" clicks of the mouse and end up with a big heavy box on my doorstep, plus a one-way ticket into my wife's doghouse!
