Started off with a couple of nice looking T-bones, at a very nice price!
Let them rest for about an hour before hitting the grill.
Through some taters on for a little while.

Seem done enough for me.
Steaks on the Weber.
Getting warmed up.
Put them over a hot cast iron grate from my gas grill.
Getting a little flame.
Off the grill and in for a rest.
Plated.
