I saw Jim Lampes post on Hickory Beef ribs a few weeks ago and my store finally put out a few racks...Not the best but they were cheap. $5.00 for the rack. I seasoned with webers smokey mesquite. Smoked with lump charcoal and a few oak chunks.
On the grill...
After 3.5 hours
Plated with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The ribs were ok but I think i put too much seasoning maybe next time just salt and pepper.
