Hi Folks, well as the title suggests my lovely wife wanted steak so that's what she got, not the best pics but was a great steak. Standing rib roast low n slowed around 200f for an hour then sliced into separate steaks to finish. I usually cook steak hot an fast but tried this slow version on the WSM and they was so juicy
