I know this has been covered but my question is a little different. I have been away for a couple months. I have to cook a small pork shoulder for this evening, I opened up the smoker and a fair bit of mold. I have wipped it out and fired it up for half an hour to burn the rest off. Do you all think it's ok to throw the shoulder on now? I have to head out to work soon. Thanks for any help
