MoJoe Griddle


 
Hi everyone,

This thread slipped past my radar and should have been nipped in the bud as soon as Cam, the creator of the MoJoe Griddle, started participating in this thread.

As you know, we have a rule that prohibits people from posting messages to market, promote, sell, or support their own product. I have deleted many of the posts in this thread that violate the policy and I've asked Cam to refrain from such posts moving forward.

I received my MoJoe a little over a month ago and am continuing to learn and perfect my recipes. A few early observations:

Extremely well built and packaged.
As others have noted it is heavy and thus takes planning and storage area, the griddle lip is invaluable to most applications.
Takes some practice to keep items from flying off when making fried rice and such.

I use mainly on my stainless steel performer and have need to clean after frying a pound of bacon.

Nice Job Cam keep those recipe and preparation videos coming.
