This is my first try with this recipe and man was it delicious. Smoked with Hickory for 1.5 hours and had great taste and full of juiciness.

Jim I swear I didn't buy it in a fancy joint. I honest to goodness smoked it myself.

However, this isn't my first smoke by a long shot. I've been smoking for about 7 years and 4 years with a WSM. However, I decided to try and step up my skills and can't really afford a class since I just bought a house, so I ended up buying Low and Slow. This recipe is the first lesson in the book.
