What's the best way to keep grilled chicken breasts moist and warm prior to serving?

What about bbq'ed spareribs?

I,cook them to just done. Do not overcook them. Try to get them done about 5 minutes before you want to serve them. Put them on a platter, and tent with foil. Same with the ribs. Try to get them done 5-10 minutes before you serve them. Platter, foil, and you should be good to go. Let us know how they turn out.

Using a thermometer to tell when ribs are done doesn't work, but it's the way to go if you want perfect chicken breasts.
