MOINK Steaks

My wife was in a beef mood & I was feeling more like a pork steak, so I picked up a Ribeye for her & a pork steak for me. Hence, the "Moo" for her & the "Oink" for me ... It's MOINK Night, Baby! :cool:

I seasoned her Ribeye with salt & pepper & I seasoned my pork steak with Meathead's Memphis Rub recipe from his AmazingRibs.Com website



I used my 26.75" OTG to cook them indirect until they hit ~145 degrees



Then, I moved them over the coals to finish them off



Plated picture nothing fancy. But both meats were very moist & had great flavor ...



My wife declared MOINK Night a success & when Momma's happy, everybody's happy! ;)

A couple of fine looking meals but I think I would have to lean towards your Wife's meal, Pork steaks are good but a nice rib eye dinner is hard to beat!!
 
I dunno which to choose, the great looking pork steak or my favorite go to cut of steak, the ribeye. Both look perfect to me.
