Minion & Rogers Smoked Sockeye Salmon


 
Nice food ****! Mussels is one of my favorite eats ever! Growing up on the west coast I became a huge fan. Moved to the midwest and it's impossible to find half way decent mussels. Went on a business trip last week to Florida and found a cool little Italian restaurant that served wood fired mussels in a tomato coconut broth from a brick oven. They literally dissolved in your mouth. They were so fresh and cooked perfect. I ate a bucket twice a day. Your salmon has really nice color for coming out of Cosco. Cosco has really been stepping there game up on quality.
