This was my Labor Day cook. I decided to finally build a mini smoker.

Quartered up a rack of baby backs, seasoned and put them on the new mini.

A few shots of the ribs on the mini.

They were very tasty. Used a couple chunks of applewood for the smoke.

I think I am really going to like this new mini smoker.

Thanks for looking.

Nice cook. Dang, I'm gonna have to build one of those mini's.))))):::::::::::::::>> d

Ed,
Your new mini did a major number on those ribs!
I think I'll but stock in the tamale pot company, everyone will want a mini after seeing your post!

Ed, i'm swingin' by your place pretty **** soon, I'll stop at Uncle Butch's, pick up some pig meat and Kingsford and matches!
please set another chair at the table!

Wow that is amazing! That mini cooked up some pork in style! Thinking I need to make one of those for my boat! Set it on gimbals..ya I can see the coast guard now(all kinds of puzzled and figuring how that is totally illegal!)

Nice work!

Thank you all for the kind comments. I hope to be using this little guy quite a bit in the near future.:)

I really need another project like a hole in my head, but I'm infatuated with these Mini WSMs. Great build and cook!
