I love my doggie, If I suspect the meat is bad, she does NOT get it but folks have thawed meat by leaving it out of eons, its probably safer than the way most of us drive 8)
She didn't get it on several levels, seeing how she put meat out to defrost, forgot about it and then grabbed another piece of meat from the refrigerator.
What are the recommended mushrooms for MIL stew ?

There is SOOO much more to this than leaving the meat out and using mine. There's a whole "Women are able to multi task and are more observant and more intelligent than men...." attitude that she has, yet things like this keep happening. Yes, she can tell you all about the conversation two people are having across a noisy restaurant, yet she can't find a big chunk of meat sitting out right in the middle of the fridge on a 13x9 glass pan? Saying that she couldn't find where I had put it? And don't get me started on my father in law!
OK, I've calmed down. I'm hoping to do my very first Pepper Stout Beef on sunday with a brand new chuck roast. I'll post pics if it turns out good lol Thanks for the support guys!
