Hey all, I'm Ryan from the buckeye state. Been creeping around ur forum for a long time... Since I love BBQing I often find myself here soaking up as much knowledge as I can before a cook, so thanks!

I only now decided to become an official member because I finally bought my 22.5 smokey mtn! Previously I was forcing my performer into double service lol.

With many of tips I picked up from u guys, I'm one very successful rib & chicken smoke down and lookin forward to many more! Glad to be here, thx for having me
