mid day snack

Ok i have a butt on the wsm and while it was smoking i added sum bacon for a treat.

2 hours at 250 with just a bit of brown suggar added(was going to have Cayennepeppar also but the kids wanna try to)

A well nothing spectacular by this post but a great snack.

Will admit i did 1 big fail,to just put on 1 slab of bacon

Yes is thin carved pork belly that has been salt cured and lightly smoked.

I dident seperate those thin slices just put the hole pack on there.
