Merry Christmas everyone! Pammi said that we always cook too much food for the holidays,so we were just doing a ham for Christmas dinner. I'm okay with that,so long as I get to cook it outside!
We bought a 12 pound bone in ham and I cooked it on the Genesis to "save oven room". Yeah, that's it!
First,we didn't get a real tree this year because Pammi won't do it without the grand kids,so I busted out the Charlie Brown tree!

This is it,next to the fireplace hung with stockings!
Next, the star of the show! I cooked it over just two burners and raised it on some fire brick to get more of a roasting effect rather than have it directly on the fire. I also used a rack in the roasting pan to help get it out.

This is about two hours in,right before I used the very yummy bourbon/mustard glaze found right here on this wonderful forum!
We wound up with 10 adults and four kids,so time for the first ever kids table!

Yes,they got folding chairs AND patio chairs! LOL
And the adult table. No one under 50 allowed!

Man,oh man! I think I'm still stuffed! And I didn't get any pics of the desserts! Pumpkin and pecan pies, plus a chocolate yule log! Sweet enough to make your false teeth hurts!
Thanks for looking everyone! I hope your Christmas was as good as ours!
