Memorial Day ribs...

I fired up the WSM for the first time in awhile today. I had some frozen baby backs and threw on a cabbage to keep them company. Both turned out great. Hope everyone had a safe Memorial Day weekend!!

Thanks guys. Gary you should give it a try. If I can do it I know you can. I cut out the root, add butter, garlic powder and onion powder.
