Memorial Apple Smoked Birdzilla Turkey

I thawed out one of my turkeys from the freezer, for this weekend's smoke. I found one of the wings, is missing, at the tip, lol! No biggie, the bird still came out great! It took abour 3hrs or so, to smoke, rested 30 minutes under foil, came out very tender, and tasty!
