Bbq sauce or ketchup on the outside? All beef or beef and pork? Looks hearty. Now I’m thinking mashed pots on the side with gravy.Inspired by a couple of recipes. Mixed, then rested for about an hour.

Came out pretty good. Plenty for leftovers.
Happy weekend folks.
When forming a loaf, I have been using the method in the attached video, the recipe isn't too bad either. You did a great job shaping them. Mine always come out meh.
Happy Friday!
Yea I've done the loaf pan but Tim's looks free formed, a big rectangle. When forming a loaf, I have been using the method in the attached video, the recipe isn't too bad either.
This was ketchup, dark brown sugar, and some Coleman's mustard powder. Went all beef this time, 80/20. Did some egg noodles with a brown gravy. Will do some mashed tonight.Bbq sauce or ketchup on the outside? All beef or beef and pork? Looks hearty. Now I’m thinking mashed pots on the side with gravy.

Thanks, Josh! That is hands down the best meatloaf I've ever seen and I bet the flavor is also!!
Mine too! Late.y I’ve been doing stuffed meatloaves, surround a length of smoked sausage with your meatloaf mix and the family seems to go pretty much nuts when they are sliced and served!Meatloaf one of my Favorites on the Smoker
