Meatloaf on a plank, again!


 
Robert, thanks for the recipe! I tried this yesterday and it was amazing! SWMBO (She Who Must be Obeyed) isn't a huge meatloaf fan and she took a meatloaf sammie to work today!

I'm truly happy that you folks like it too! This IS a great recipe and, as you might guess, is in my PERMANENT recipe file. I believe you'll like the cold bean salad, too. We have served it at a number of events and get great comments as it's gobbled up.

NOTE: A number of people have asked for the meatloaf recipe, but some have failed to include their email address. I can't send it if I don't have the address. Try again and I'll forward the information by email attachment. I can't post the meatloaf recipe on the board as it is copyrighted.

Geez, one of my favorite cooks is meatloaf with a side of mashed potatoes cooked on a plank, how in the world did I never think to do the meatloaf on a plank as well? You, sir, are brilliant.
