Meat Loaf on the Mini, I'm back!


 
I could smell that delicious smoke all the way over here!! Wish I could have tasted it all the way over here!!

I always enjoy your cooks Barb and the end product looks outstanding! But lets be honest here. The real star of the show is that Mini kart.;) I keep cruising around the hood on trash day to see if I can re-purpose something as cool as yours.

I'm interested in the setup your using for the mini. Is that a custom made rig?

Vic, it started out with a beat up charbroil I picked up at a yard sale for $10.00 and I increase the wheelbase to fit the mini better added wood shelves. Works perfect!
