Meat loaf goood!

Well, I tried my first meat loaf yesterday and I'm glad I did. Without a doubt, the best I've ever had. I used the recipe from "Smoke & Spice" and doubled it. I used water in the pan and a couple chunks of oak for the smoke.

I thought it was good last night, I just made a sandwich with Bryan's chipotle mayo and it may be the best leftover of any kind I've ever had. Now all I need is a cold beer and Nascar.....I've got that!! It's a good day.

Jack, I agree, leftover smoked meatloaf is excellent. I like to slice then put it under the broiler for samiches.

Smoked meatloaf is on my short list of things to smoke...and the chipolte mayo sounds absolutely fantastic.

I was going to smoke a turkey breast this weekend but my have to change my mind.
