How often and how much do you grind in one setting?? 5#, 25# or what?????? They look good.

I usually grind between 10-20 lbs. of pork butt when I make sausage & I usually do this twice a year. I have an earlier version of this model that I purchased around 6-8 years ago, I have never had any problems.

@LMichaels I only want to make an occasional 1# patee or a 5# batch of sausage. So would the 8-cup Cuisinart be sufficient for my specs or should I get the 14-cup for the stronger motor?????
