Sons decided to get me a skirt steak this year (as well as a new rib rack and some baby backs), so decided to get a little creative. Not sure HOW i found it originally(probably a random google search), but from the printout it apparently came from Bon Appetit. Adds a really nice flavor layer, while keeping it still primarily beefy.
