Really, really thin steaks on next...2 minutes a side (should have been less).

Pretty good meal. Hard to cook steaks this thin properly. They got to med-well. Close enough...they were still good. Thanks for stopping by!!
 
Excellent looking meal and photos Don! Am going to have to try that with my next asparagus cook. Do you just wrap the asparagus with the cheese and prosciutto?

Yes. Coldn't be easier. When the meat (you can use anything; bacon, prosciutto, ham, etc.) is crisp, it's done. Lay the meat down on a cutting board, put the cheese on it (use something more flavorful than Swiss, we had it left over), put a few sprigs of grass on it and roll it up. Grill indirect, very hot, until crisp. Really simple.
