Hi All,

I purchased the ET 73 the other day and it works fine. However, after reading the instructions several times, I can't figure how to turn off the receiver. Maybe the on/off switch ,which is quite cheap, is the problem. I turn it on the off position and it won't turn off. Any suggestions?

It's because you turned it on to the off position. Just kidding. I really don't know what to do other than to remove the battery ... or return it. Good luck!

Do you have on of these? I think it miay be the switch. Does your receiver turn off?

Yes, the receiver turns off. Both units have an on /off switch and both should work.

Your switch may be broken, like mine. You may need to take off the back cover by removing the screws and then move the switch off.
