It's been a long, long time... Hey gang - I feel like a moon, orbiting around a very large cluster of Stars. Lets see how long gravity keeps me in close orbit this time. Enough philosophizing - lets eat.
This is from earlier in the week, I needed it to be quick and easy. Riblets, marinading in Weber's Black Peppercorn mix. I haven't tried it before, I like it! Much thicker than other store bought, it really stuck to the 'lets.

Bridgeport is celebrating 30 years w/ a trio of x-tree special beers. #1 gets two big thumbs up from me.

Maull me Twice - at this point the riblets had been on Red Genny for 10 - 15 minutes. I tray'ed, sauced and foiled, than put 'em in the oven for another 10.

Outta the oven and onto my plate


I did get a salad on there too, honest!
