Made some beef short ribs while finishing the WSM cart

Joking aside...QUALITY! Love the Ribs and the background of the smoker. Almost calls for some more backyard pics!
 
LOl... Thanks Wolgast. I must say all my BBQ Grill builds and mods. are getting my wife right at the edge of going off on me, and my BBQ Grill 'fetish'. As far as the backyard goes... We are blessed to be here in sunny San Diego.
 
Great looking ribs and good job on the cart Ali! Don't worry about your "grill fetish" it is our "grill
insanity" that keeps us adding more toys and mods to our collections. My wife
finally admitted that it was a lot better than me being in the bars drinking and shooting pool! ;)

Thanks John my fellow San Diegan. Now we just have to make a point and get together with other follow Forum members that are salso from here and taste some local BBQ joint... Wait I have lost my mind... why when we have all the tools to do it ourselves!!!
