Good question, I had that at 425 and the smoke is minimal, at 225 it puts out a lot more smoke.Very nice. Have you noticed at what temp the grill stops smoldering (smoking) and becomes a live fire? In other words- if you cook a pizza @ 450-500, is the grill giving off copious amounts of smoke as it would at 250-300? Just curious. I've never used or seen a pellet grill in use.
