Looking for a good rub!!!

I am looking for a retail rub that is sugar/carb free aka keto friendly but will take guidance on how to achieve results
by DIYing it also. Ideally looking at a generic BBQ rub with a little heat, thanks in advance

Gluten and sugar free........good luck.
But your post reminded me of this I seen this morning while bouncing around.
They have other flavors which also may be GMO and Gluten free......but I would have to check.

I would go for homemade.
It's not difficult, just get a set of measuring spoons and write recipes down in ratio's.
At least that way you know for sure what is in there.
(And once you made one and you think "nice, but could be hotter" you just add chili powder)
