Joined up a little while ago as I started my search to replace my long time roughly 2005 Weber 22.5" One Touch Gold grill. Eventually found a roughly 2019 (still has 2 handles) 22.5" Premium in green for $50 on fb marketplace that probably only had about 2-3 cooks on it.

Added some silly touches like the logo plate for the red Limited Edition grill (tried to find one of those first) and the damper handle from the Limited Edition/Kamado grills.

For big parties, have a Ranch Kettle that I 'inherited' from a friend that was moving and didn't have room for it any more.

And finally a pic of some pork butts I smoked this weekend for a taligate.

Hi John, WELCOME!!!!!!!!

Spent the first 8 years of my life in Essington, Pa. and the rest here in FL.

I'm the one here that keeps after people for recipes of their cooks, (just a fair warning, like what did you put on the pork butt? :giggle: )

John, welcome to the circus! Fun folks, great place to find new tricks! Excellent grill set up! I wish someone would “gift” me a Ranch kettle! Anymore I doubt I’d get much use out of it. And my wife will not have the car outside the garage so, just as well!
