First time ever smoking and eating lollipop chicken legs. I added whisky to the Stubbs BBQ sauce. They turned out great-- low and slow!

Those lollipops look fantastic! I have two packs of legs in the freezer that I want to try this on. So what's the technique to prep the legs? I searched and the only other thread I found was by Kemper Morris 6 years ago and there were no hints or tips there either.
