I was just asked what my LNS method is? I don't even know what that means, can I get a definition of this set of letters?

LNS is easier to type than "low-n-slow", but I've never actually heard someone call it that.

Too much texting going around these days, if someone can't call it like it is.. The English language was meant to be spoken, not abbreviated.
If somebody asked me how I do LNS, I would seriously just walk away (as is I have no idea what you are referring to)
