That's exactly the kind of information I have been hoping for, thanks! I've planked salmon, never even gave cod a thought, its such a light flavor in itself, I was not thinking of the plank infusion. There's Friday this week!
 
There are still some Coho Salmon in Lake Michigan if you know where to look. Find yourself a captain in the know, they might surprise you.
