Unfortunately, I missed getting any pictures of the ribeye on the grill. But sometimes leftovers are great and I thought I'd share. Leftover ribeye from the previous night, leftover bacon from breakfast, onions and jalapenos from taco night. Season, add provolone and habanero jack cheese, toss on a lightly toasted hoagie roll.
