Leftovers

I did a couple beer can birds on the WSM Sunday - one with a red chimichurri. Worked a little late tonight and needed to whip something up quickly. I didn't have much to work with, but was able so scrounge up some tortilla chips, tomatillo salsa, smoked salsa, and cheese (and of course, some pulled chicken). Nothing fancy, but it was good.

I love nachos!!!! That is one of my favorite BBQ leftover meals or snack. I love a little BBQ rub on top right at the end.
